Six Classic Types

Info ThreeBrainSynergy - Friday, July 24, 2009

In the typology used by ThreeBrainSynergy, there are six classic types. Other typologies have 9 or more types. Typologies consider that even persons belonging to the same type are not all the same because, in the end, no two persons are exactly alike. Thus typology is a way of presenting a generally helpful, but in no way precise, description of the differences that exist between the six groups or classic types of people.

According to typology, the three intelligences are not separate from each other but rather interactive with each other, forming the total intelligence possessed by the person. The three intelligences are considered subdivisions, as it were, of a person's overall intelligence which pervades the entire body, skin and all.

Different typology experts use different labels for the three intelligences. Recently, neuroscience has described them as the ''head'' intelligence, the ''heart'' intelligence, and the ''gut'' intelligence.

ThreeBrainSynergy website on leadership and team development is now live

Info ThreeBrainSynergy - Monday, July 20, 2009

Although there are several blog entries viewable here we actually just launched the live version of our website on July 16, 2009.

The mission of the website is to coach business owners and leaders on developing themselves and the members of their  management team to become leaders who inspire people and teams to produce outstanding results autonomously.

The reason for this is so that you the business owner and leader can free yourself to work on what you  do best or not work at all. This gives you the choice to innovate, work on personal projects, help others or do whatever things you would like to do. The goal is to be free of managing the day to day tasks of your business or organization.

When you learn to develop the style of leadership that provides the freedom you need, you automatically provide a rich environment for others to grow, do what they enjoy and excel at and for teamwork and collaboration to become the norm.

Our mission at ThreeBrainSynergy is to provide a platform for leaders and business owners to develop this style of leadership over time and share their experience with other leaders through our online membership program. What sets this program apart is the unique approach to leadership and team development through our types of people system of knowledge of self and others. This system empowers people to understand themselves better by becoming conscious of the qualities and tendencies relative to their type. It is a self-discovery process that people in the team share and use with each other to build stronger working relationships. As explained in the link Know Thyself, this process  is something to be experienced before it can be fully appreciated. It is the primary workshop that our members go through. The workshop is facilitated by the President or CEO to create a fully autonomous team of direct reports who run the Company on his behalf.

We invite you to explore our website and discover for yourself how this unique and powerful approach can help you free yourself to innovate, work less, earn more and enjoy life!

Fritz Glaus - Friday, June 12, 2009

There are all kinds of people and it is difficult to understand people in general. Psychologists provide a great variety of diverging explanations and theories. As a matter of fact, psychologists are very far from agreeing with each other. Part of the reason for this is psychology's long history. Going back to early Christianity, there was a collection of books of different authors under the general name of Philokalia, which is used in our time in the Eastern Church, especially for the instruction of monks. At one time, psychology was connected with philosophy and religion, and it also existed in the form of art. Poetry, drama, sculpture, dancing, even architecture, were means for transmitting psychological knowledge. As an example, the Gothic cathedrals were in their chief meaning works on psychology. To-day, it is difficult to choose between the different views of psychologists when trying to understand the behavior of people. That is why many people find it fascinating to learn about the typological approach established by Fritz Glaus, author of the book ''CRazYZoo! - 'KNOW THYSELF' made easy''. The book is in the form of a fable which explains his method of regrouping peope into six classic types and answers the question: What type of person am I? It explains the motivation and the fear inherent in each type and outlines how the different types interact with each other. Fritz Glaus, together with Stephen Goldberg, is co-founder of the website www.threebrainsynergy.com which uses as a basis Fritz Glaus's typology. The website focuses on the application of the typology to business. It addresses itself mainly to business owners or CEO's who have decided to look for a way to earn more and work less after realizing that there is more to life than continuing to run their business. A prime example of how to succeed in earning more and working is that of Ricardo Semler, president of the Brazilian company SEMCO. He has become a speaker of world renown, promoting the idea of workng less and earning more by withdrawing from all operational responsibilities in his firm and delegating those responsibilities to his managers and executives by making them autonomous owners of the enterprise. He succeeded without using any particular method to help him do so. Now ThreeBrainSynergy provides an effective methodology any business person can use to learn without fail how to work less and earn more.
