The ThreeBrainSynergy membership website is designed for business leaders from all types of organizations who have decided to use the ThreeBrainSynergy process to gain the freedom to WORK LESS and EARN MORE. ThreeBrainSynergy provides assistance to members going through this process. You, the leader, kicks off the process for your organization. The team composed of you and your direct reports first deepens the knowledge and understanding of each other's type by going through the ThreeBrainSynergy types-of-people process to reach a new dimension of teamwork effectiveness. Subsequently, you train your direct reports to make the decisions you have been making in the past, thus making your team autonomous and independent. Your direct report will then do the same with their respective teams. This process is repeated until all levels of responsibility of your Company have become autonomous and independent. At this point you have gained the freedom to no longer be involved in operational decisions and to WORK LESS and EARN MORE. For this facilitation work at all levels of leadership you may opt for outside assistance by ThreeBrainSynergy-qualified trainers or coaches.
