The following User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the ThreeBrainSynergy.com web site("Web Site"), including participation in its members-only areas and any and all additional services ("Service") provided by ThreeBrainSynergy. By subscribing and using any area of the Web Site you hereby agree to the terms of this agreement and agree to abide by it.

ThreeBrainSynergy does not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify, or agree with comments, opinions, or statements posted in the members-only areas or otherwise contained in the Service. ThreeBrainSynergy makes absolutely no warranties with respect to any of the products and services mentioned on the Service. Any information or materials placed online, including without limitation advice, opinions, views, and similar materials and information are the sole responsibility of those same, and do not necessarily represent the views of ThreeBrainSynergy.
You agree that ThreeBrainSynergy is not responsible, and shall have no liability to you, with respect to any information or materials posted by others, including without limitation offensive or defamatory material or material that violates this agreement. You will defend, indemnify and hold ThreeBrainSynergy harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages and costs, resulting from or in connection with this Agreement.
ThreeBrainSynergy reserves the right at its sole discretion and without notice to review, edit, reorganize, and delete any material provided for display or placed on the Service.
Materials Supplied by You
By posting messages or engaging in any other form of communication via this Web Site, you hereby grant ThreeBrainSynergy a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, enhance, transmit, distribute, publicly perform, display, or sublicense any such communication in any medium and for any purpose whatsoever, including commercial purposes.
Using this Web Site
Your right to use this Web Site is exclusive to you and your business — you may not authorize others to use the Web Site; you may not authorize others to use your user name and password. You are responsible for any an all use by you, as identified by your user ID and password. You may not sub-license, transfer, sell or assign access to the Web Site to any third party without our prior written approval. Any attempt to do so will be null and void and shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password for the Web Site. You are responsible for any and all usage or activity on your account including without limitation the use of the account by any person who uses your user name and password. If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure, you must promptly change your password and notify ThreeBrainSynergy.
The Site is not intended for users under the age of 18 and ThreeBrainSynergy does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from users under the age of 18. Such users are expressly prohibited from submitting their personally identifiable information to us, and from using our Web Site; any information submitted by such users will not knowingly be used, posted or retained by ThreeBrainSynergy.

ThreeBrainSynergy reserves the right to terminate your account at any time, for any reason. If we decide to take such action, you will receive a pro-rated refund of membership fees that you have remitted to the Service Provider.
Membership cancellation and fee refund policy
You can cancel your membership by using your membership account or by notifying us by email at info@threebrainsynergy.com. If you need assistance, contact us to request information on how to cancel your membership account. Your information request may take up to 5 business days to process. If you notify us before the start of the next month of membership, we will refund the amount charged for the coming month if the charge has already been processed.
Disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability
You hereby acknowledge that you are using the Service at your own risk. The service is provided "as is", and ThreeBrainSynergy hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express and implied, including without limitation warranties of accuracy, reliability, title, merchantability, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose or any other warranty, condition, guarantee or representation, whether oral, written, or electronic, including without limitation the warranty of accuracy or completeness of any materials or information provided by the Service. ThreeBrainSynergy does not represent or warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or that there will be no failures, errors or omissions of any kind.
ThreeBrainSynergy shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of this Agreement, the Service, the sale or purchase of any goods or merchandise, whether tangible or intangible, your ability to access the service, or your use or reliance on the Service, information or materials provided by the Service, or any goods or merchandise, whether tangible or intangible.
You hereby agree to release ThreeBrainSynergy and each of its directors, officers, employees, and agents from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Web Site or Service.
Disputes
Any action based on this Agreement, including disagreement, disputes regarding the terms and conditions, alleged breaches of contract, and remedies under contract, shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec Canada and shall be adjudicated exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction in Montreal, Quebec Canada.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is for any reason declared to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby. Such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to render it valid and enforceable, and if no modification shall render it valid and enforceable, this Agreement shall be construed as if not containing such provision and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be construed and enforced accordingly.
